FUND RAISING FROM OVERSEAS MARKET

Increasing fundraising on the international markets has been part of the Vsicl strategy since the inception, when the Bank started to access structures that were alternative to loans with multilateral organizations, such as syndicated loans and issuances of bonds.

Funds raised on the international markets are incorporated into its investment budget and used to achieve the Bank’s general goals, such as loans to the overseas market and capitals market investments that the Vsicl plans to carry out in companies in the normal course of business.

For a corporation to be successful in international securities markets, be it to raise capital or list its securities, a well-conceived plan and comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory and other requirements are essential – not just in the run-up to the initial public offer, but also thereafter to ensure post-listing compliance.

We provide services to International entities that do not have any representation or partners in India. We would find them options for either partnering or opening new business ventures or merely investing their money in suitable business propositions. Our task would involve:

• Finding suitable representatives, whole-sellers, importers, distributors & dealers network in India.
• Finding suitable business representatives or agents in Indian market.
