Arun Jain

Mr. Arun Jain graduated from Delhi University, India, with a Bachelor in Commerce (Hons.) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Internal Auditors (USA).

He has been a member of our Board of Directors since our incorporation. He has over 25 years experience in a global work environment covering private equity investments, corporate finance, capital markets, infrastructure financing, mining, education and digital cinema and mergers and acquisitions. He has travelled extensively across the globe for various business projects and gained impeccable expertise in understanding the varying needs of specific country's requirement.

He has been speaker on various National and International platforms in Finance, Investment Management and Wealth banking.

He has been well respected and invited on various TV Channels, News Channels relating to investments by private and Government sectors and Lok Sabha

Since April 1997, Mr. Jain has been Chairman & Managing Director of V.S. Infrastructure Capital Ltd, New Delhi, India, an investment and advisory firm providing investment banking, India entry, asset management services. Since inception he has been leader of firm’s asset management practice, which specializes in creating alternative investment opportunities for overseas investors that seek to leverage India as an investment destination. Mr. Jain worked for developing of infrastructure projects in India in areas of power, energy, highways, transport and other business sectors.

Mr. Jain while at V.S. Infrastructure Capital interacted with top Government officials and Ministers for implementation of power projects. Mr. Jain pioneered placement of debt bonds for Power assets companies.

Mr. Jain is member of Managing Committee and Capital Markets Committee and Membership Development Committee of The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), India's premier apex chamber covers a membership of over 200,000 companies and professionals across India. He is also the Member – National Council on Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Coal, Education, Entertainment, Infrastructure, Insurance, Mines & Minerals, Nuclear Energy and SME’s.

He is also a Member of various Committees of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
